We run several quality studies quarterly to help us improve our services and tailor our care to the needs of our patients...

2008-2009: Dialysis patients reported feeling well:
2008-2009: Dialysis Patients with controlled Blood Pressure
2008-2009: Dialysis patients with adequate dialysis dose (Kt/V)
2008-2009: All causes peritonitis (Infection) rate
No infection was reported in the first quarter of 2009.
The infections in 2008 were all mild infections. All infections were treated successfully. No PD cath loss. And no patients needed to interrupt PD (no patients needed hemodialysis). No Bactermia, septicemia or septic shock were seen
2008-2009: Calcium*Phos product (The marker for adequate mineral control)
2008-2009: All Causes Mortality Rate

Patients who went on hospice or stopped dialysis before they died are not included in this analysis

What did our patients say about the care they received at Gentle Dialysis Center?

The patients were encouraged to participate in the "Patient Satisfaction Survey". They filled the surveys and placed them in a secure box anonymously. All patients participated in this study.
